Alan Ursillo
Alan Ursillo is the Division Leader for Consolidated Building Health. Alan has more than 20 years of experience working in the senior living market. He is a proven leader who excels in marketing, sales, operations management and administration. His experience includes the acquisition and disposition of both domestic and international senior housing portfolios, commercial real estate sales and lending experience.
Matt Elias-CAlles
Matt Elias-Calles is a skilled project manager who has successfully led the completion of several projects, including an award winning, LEED Platinum-certified project in 2019. He recently became a Fitwel-Certified Ambassador and recognizes the importance of healthy buildings. Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Vanguard University and is OSHA-30 certified.
Joe troya
Joe Troya is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry whose experience encompasses all phases of construction, including construction management, project management, scheduling, estimating and design. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and serves on the board of directors for Vista Community Clinic, the largest community clinic in North County San Diego. Joe was the recipient of the “2004 Health Hero Award” from the Counsel of Community Clinics.
